How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days for most metro cities and 5–7 business days for other locations in India. You will receive a tracking link via SMS as soon as your order is shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +91-8527920047 or via the Contact page. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

How do I determine my size?

Please visit our Size Chart page for detailed measurements. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hip and comparing them with our chart. If you fall between two sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a comfortable fit. Most of our suits come in standard Pakistani sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL).

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery for orders across most pin codes in India. You can also pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or EMI options — all via Razorpay's secure payment gateway.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We make every effort to photograph our suits under neutral lighting to accurately represent colours and embroidery. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. If you have doubts about a product, please WhatsApp us and we will share additional photos.

How do I care for Pakistani lawn suits?

Lawn suits are best hand-washed in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not wring — gently squeeze out water and dry in the shade. For embroidered or heavy work pieces, dry cleaning is recommended. Iron at medium heat on the reverse side to protect prints and embroidery.
